Can I pay delinquent taxes for someone else?
Yes you can. However, there's a myth that paying someone else's taxes gives you rights on the property. Paying someone's property taxes does not give you any ownership, or provide you any claim on the property. You have simply paid the taxes for that owner. Kiosk Locations
The Harrison County Chancery Clerk's office is pleased to announce the purchase and placement of kiosk devices in locations around Harrison County.
Meant as a way for citizens who live farther out in the county, and don't have internet, to access county services without having to travel to the downtown locations of the county courthouses. You can renew car tags, pay real property, personal property, mobile home, and delinquent taxes all through these kiosks.
